1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Inovtrack Pro application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Inovtrack Pro is a mobile client that connects authorized users to a Inovtrack Pro fleet tracking platform in order to display vehicle positions, trip history, alerts, geofences, and reports.
3. Eligibility & Account
You must have a valid Inovtrack Pro account provided by your fleet operator to use the application. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
- You will use Inovtrack Pro only for legal purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service.
- You will not use the Service to violate the privacy or rights of any person.
- You will not transmit malicious software or attempt unauthorized access.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, code, trademarks, and design of the Service are owned by GPS PRO or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you other than the limited license to use the application.
6. Availability
We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Inovtrack Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or for any reason in our sole discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Safi, Morocco.
