Inovtrack Pro ("we", "our", "the application") is a professional fleet tracking application that allows authorized users to monitor and manage their vehicles in real time. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used and protected when you use the Inovtrack Pro mobile application.

2.1 Information you provide
- Account credentials — email address and password used to sign in.
- Profile data — name, phone number, company, language and timezone you optionally enter.
- Vehicle & driver data — vehicle names, GPS device identifiers, drivers, and geofences you create or that are linked to your fleet account.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Device location — when you grant location permission, we use your device location to display your position on the map alongside the vehicles you are tracking. Background location is not collected.
- Device information — operating system, model, app version and language settings used to deliver a stable experience.
- Authentication tokens — short-lived tokens used to keep you signed in.
- Usage data — anonymous diagnostic information when the app crashes or encounters an error.
2.3 GPS device data
Inovtrack Pro displays data sent by physical GPS tracking devices installed in vehicles, which includes coordinates, speed, ignition status, and event history. These data are owned by the fleet operator and are accessible only to authorized users of that account.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate your account and keep you signed in securely.
- To display vehicles, trips, alerts, and reports requested by you.
- To send notifications about events on your fleet (alerts, geofencing).
- To diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve the application.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
We process your data on the following legal bases: (i) performance of the contract you have with us when you use the application, (ii) your consent for optional features such as location and biometric authentication, and (iii) our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure and functional service.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with advertisers. Your information may only be transmitted to:
- The Inovtrack Pro servers and infrastructure required to operate the service.
- Public authorities when legally required.
- Technical service providers strictly involved in operating Inovtrack Pro (hosting, error reporting), bound by confidentiality.
6. Data Storage and Security
Data is hosted on servers operated by Inovtrack Pro and protected by industry standard measures including encrypted HTTPS connections, hashed passwords, and access controls. Authentication tokens are stored locally on your device using the platform-provided secure storage.
7. Permissions Used by the App
- Location (When in Use) — to display your position on the map.
- Face ID / Touch ID / Biometric — optional biometric unlock for the app.
- Network access — to communicate with the Inovtrack Pro platform.
You can revoke any permission at any time from your device settings.
8. Data Retention
Account information is kept while your account is active. Tracking data is retained according to the policy of the fleet operator who owns the account. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including the European Union and Morocco's Law 09-08), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, restrict its use, or withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, write to support@gpspro.ma.
10. Children
Inovtrack Pro is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
11. International Transfers
Data may be processed on servers located in countries different from the one you live in. When that happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable laws.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any change. Significant changes will be announced inside the app or by email.

Inovtrack Pro (« nous », « notre application ») est une application professionnelle de suivi de flotte qui permet aux utilisateurs autorisés de superviser et gérer leurs véhicules en temps réel. La présente politique explique quelles données nous collectons, pourquoi, et comment elles sont utilisées et protégées.
2. Informations Collectées
- Identifiants de compte — adresse e-mail et mot de passe.
- Profil — nom, téléphone, société, langue, fuseau horaire (facultatifs).
- Données de flotte — véhicules, traceurs, conducteurs, géofences liés à votre compte.
- Localisation de l'appareil — affichée sur la carte avec votre permission. Pas d'utilisation en arrière-plan.
- Informations techniques — système d'exploitation, version, langue.
- Jetons d'authentification — pour maintenir votre session.
3. Utilisation

Vos données ne sont transmises qu'aux serveurs nécessaires au fonctionnement de Inovtrack Pro, et le cas échéant aux autorités publiques lorsque la loi l'exige.
5. Sécurité
Connexions HTTPS chiffrées, mots de passe hachés, stockage sécurisé des jetons sur l'appareil.
6. Vos Droits
